What were you doing one year ago today?

Luckily, I blogged one year ago today. It was the first day of classes after spring break, and there had been a blizzard. I drove back to campus in it the day before, yeah, I'm awesome like that. Snow rules.
I had skipped my classes for that day since one of them got canceled (woot). I was also reading Plato's Meno for my Greek Philosophy course. That class also ruled, I miss it insanely.
Oh, and I was also making a new website layout. Gah, last year was so lazy!
Religion is something harder and harder to pinpoint for me the deeper I get into philosophy. My belief is centered around the idea that some things are not explained by reason alone, and that believing in God has such a nature that it would not be available to us through anything but pure faith. I firmly believe this, and it is the direct antithesis of normal philosophical views.
Christianity is a problem for me. Jesus was a cool guy, no doubt, but I am not sure how much I believe in the holy trinity. Maybe I just don't know enough. But I do believe in God, and that's as far as I've gotten. My views obviously mirror some Christian thought because that was what I was brought up with, but I really do not have solid Christian beliefs. I would like to, though. Maybe I should start reading some C. S. Lewis again. He was honestly one of the most convincing views I've read.
I might start to get obsessed with posting here. Bwahahaha. Tis nice.
